As each item is custom-made and personalised, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it.

If a design proof has been approved and embroidery has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
