How do I place a custom order?

Go to the Shop and choose your hoodie, size and options, then upload a clear photo of your pet when placing your order. Once I receive it, I’ll create your illustration and send it to you for approval before anything is embroidered. After you’re happy with the design, I’ll get it stitched and sent out to you.

What photos work best?

Clear, well-lit photos where your pet is easy to work best. Front facing or slightly angled images with good detail usually produce the best embroidery results. If you're unsure, we can help you choose.

How long does it take to complete my order?

Accepted Answer

Illustration previews are typically sent within 3 working days of receiving your photos. Once you've approved your design, your order will move into production and be embroidered onto your chosen item. Turnaround times can vary depending on demand, but each piece is made to order with care and attention to detail.

Can i preview my design before its stitched?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You'll receive a digital illustration preview before anything is stitched. You can request unlimited tweaks and adjustments until you're completely happy with your illustration.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I only ship within the UK. This is because each item is made to order and carefully checked before being sent out, so I’m keeping things local for now.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Accepted Answer

Because each item is made to order and based on your approved illustration, I don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
That said, I really want you to be happy with your order — so your illustration is sent to you first for approval, and I can make adjustments before anything is embroidered. If there’s ever an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact me and I’ll always do my best to help and put it right.
